《迴‧聲》是琵琶演奏家蘇筠涵的首張個人專輯，這張專輯將以當代人角度回顧明清以降琵琶的音樂脈絡——不僅是樂曲本身，亦包含音樂產生的方式。身為當代的琵琶人，我們要承接什麼？要傳遞什麼？試想早期的樂人本身其實也同是創作者，在當代彈琴的我們有無可能以當代的語言在傳統的基石上鋪墊新的道路？這些都是演奏者執教/從樂生涯中不斷反思的問題。

Reverberating Sounds of the Pipa is the first personal album of pipa artist Yun-Han Su. This album reflects on the musical context of the pipa from a contemporary perspective. It examines not just music works but also the mode of musical production, posing a question of what a contemporary pipa player is inheriting and passing on.

專輯核心概念係「以傳統琵琶彈奏傳統樂曲」，幸蒙百樂琴苑支持，專輯得以使用三把老琵琶來進行錄音，這些老琴的面板何其有幸未曾換過，仍維持傳統四相十三品形制並保存良好。以曲配琴、以琴配曲，《迴‧聲》作為蘇筠涵回顧本心之作，蘊含了她現階段對琵琶音樂的回顧和思考，與您分享，一同細品。

Performing traditional works with traditional pipa instruments is a key idea in this album. Thanks to the support of Bai Yue - Music, we had the opportunity to use several well-preserved pipas from the late Qing and the early Republic of China for the recording. In this album, we selected six traditional classical works, also Yun-Han Su’s repertoire, including Ambush from All Sides, The Conqueror Unarms, and Wild Geese Descending on the Sandbank.
